A conversation that stalls

Sara

Fixed it, thanks.

The next reader cannot tell which suggestion worked.

A question someone can answer

Sara

Thanks! Correcting the file path fixed it. The relative path was resolved from the working directory, not the configuration file’s folder. I added the corrected example to the question.

The effective change and the reason it helped are both clear.

When you try a suggestion, share the actual result. If the problem remains, explain what changed and which error is still present. Give the next person something more useful than “it did not work.”

If you find the solution yourself, explain it in the same thread. Use an accepted-answer feature where available. Add important clarifications to the original question when the community’s rules allow it.

Keep useful questions and solutions available after your problem is fixed. Use the platform’s editing or removal process to deal with personal or confidential information.
